Your personalized proposal remains valid for the period indicated. Wedding dates cannot be guaranteed until your reservation has been officially confirmed.
Your wedding date is officially reserved upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and a 50% non-refundable reservation retainer.
The remaining balance is due prior to your first scheduled service.
On-location services require a minimum investment of $1,000 USD.
Transportation is included only when explicitly stated within your selected experience. Otherwise, travel arrangements are quoted separately according to your wedding location and itinerary.
Depending on your celebration location, additional logistics such as parking, vendor access, accommodations, ferry transportation, or venue-related fees may apply. Any applicable arrangements will always be discussed and confirmed during the planning process.
Electronic payments are accepted via Wise (preferred) or Mexican bank transfer.
If you require an alternative payment method, we’ll be happy to discuss the available options during the reservation process.
For the best possible results, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and a freshly cleansed face. Any additional preparation details will be shared before your appointment, ensuring everything is thoughtfully prepared for your experience.
Our standard service hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an Extended Hours Fee.
We understand that wedding plans can evolve. Whenever possible, we’ll be happy to accommodate additional services or adjustments to your experience. All requests are subject to availability and may not be possible once your reservation has been confirmed, allowing us to maintain the level of care and personalized attention that define every By Claudio experience.
